Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
We take security very seriously. We have a safe and secure payment system and we do not hold your credit or debit card details on file. For your peace of mind, please note that we are verified by Trustwave.
Sometimes a product may be out of stock. If this occurs we will call or email you to confirm when it will be back in stock.
If you wish to cancel an order please call us or email us quoting your name and order number. We will do our very best to cancel it for you, but please note this will not be possible if the order has already been despatched, or if a Pick & Mix order has been prepared.
Our standard delivery service is 3-5 working days and our priority service is 2-3 working days. We also offer a next working day delivery service (mainland UK addresses only) for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
Saturday deliveries are also available. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us to discuss before placing your order.
Orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday, at a weekend or on a bank holiday, will be processed the next working day.
Delivery usually takes place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that some delivery drivers may operate outside these times. If you are not at home when the courier or postman tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card to advise you where to collect the delivery, or how to rearrange delivery.
All orders are sent using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
