Orders can be easily and safely placed online.
Or call on 01428 400111 to place your order between 9am-5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am-4pm on Friday.
Orders are sent out by either Royal Mail or courier.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Maestro and Paypal.
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
We take security very seriously. We have a safe and secure payment system and we do not hold your credit or debit card details on file.
If you wish to cancel or change an order please call us or email us quoting your name and order number. We will do our very best to cancel it for you, but please note this will not be possible if the order has already been despatched, or if a Pick & Mix order as it is a bespoke item.
Standard delivery service is 3-5 working days.
Priority service is 2-3 working days.
Next working day delivery service (mainland UK addresses only) for orders placed before midday Monday to Friday.
Saturday deliveries are also available. If you require a Saturday delivery, please place your order before midday on Friday and select ‘Saturday delivery’ option when ordering.
Orders received after midday Monday to Friday, at a weekend or on a bank holiday, will be processed the next working day.
Delivery usually takes place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that some delivery drivers may operate outside these times. If you are not at home when the courier or postman tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card to advise you where to collect the delivery, or how to rearrange delivery.
All orders are sent using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
