Please let us know within 7 days if you are not happy with our products. Please note that postage will not be refunded.
We do not refund on petals that are sprayed , glittered , or Mixed colours to your own colour choice.
No refunds or Returns on chocolates, or Swarovski stones.
Main petal orders will come out to you 2 to 4 weeks before wedding day store in dry warm room till used.
Sample's of any goods will come out in a week.
Urgent delivery options are available via Swift post this costs up to £15 sterling and
20 euros depending on its weight.
