When can I order from you?
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also order by telephone 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Call us on 01428 400111.
Orders are sent out by either Royal Mail or courier.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Maestro and via Paypal. For your safety and security we are verified by Trustwave.
When will the payment be taken from my account?
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
Security
We take security very seriously. We have a safe and secure payment system and we do not hold your credit or debit card details on file. For your peace of mind, please note that we are verified by Trustwave.
What happens if the product I order is out of stock?
Sometimes a product may be out of stock. If this occurs we will call or email you to confirm when it will be back in stock.
Can I change or cancel my order or part of my order?
If you wish to cancel an order please call us or email us quoting your name and order number. We will do our very best to cancel it for you, but please note this will not be possible if the order has already been despatched, or if a Pick & Mix order has been prepared.

Delivery details
Our standard delivery service is 3-5 working days and our priority service is 2-3 working days. We also offer a next working day delivery service (mainland UK addresses only) for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
Saturday deliveries are also available. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us to discuss before placing your order.
Orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday, at a weekend or on a bank holiday, will be processed the next working day.
Delivery usually takes place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that some delivery drivers may operate outside these times. If you are not at home when the courier or postman tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card to advise you where to collect the delivery, or how to rearrange delivery.
All orders are sent using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Please call us on 01428 400111 if your parcel has not arrived within the stated delivery window.
